Chris and his team are responsible for selling millions of music tickets each year. His role is to build the team, devise and communicate the strategy, run an efficient operational team and make some money whilst keeping three key stakeholder groups – fans, venues/promoters and their own staff – happy!

CEO & Co-Founder, ImproveWell

Lara co-founded a HealthTech company with fellow Kingstonian Dr Na’eem Ahmed. ImproveWell is an app that enables NHS staff to share ideas and feedback 24 hours a day, seven days a week, helping to enhance the experience for both patients and staff. Following a recent acquisition, she is now focused on integrating ImproveWell into its new organisation.

Cinematographer

Cinematographers are members of the creative team responsible for making a film, television series, advert or music video. They work on set alongside the film’s director (who has an overview of story, character and theme) to create the photographic imagery and atmosphere of the production. Part-artist and part-scientist, they bridge the gap between the theatrical world of make-believe and the technical world of photographic execution.
