Futures
Students work with the same experienced higher education and careers team from the moment they join the Sixth Form through to their chosen destination, whether that is university, an apprenticeship, a gap year or another pathway. Support is consistent, personalised and sustained over two years.
Our programme includes:
- One-to-one guidance and mentoring
- Personal statement and CV support
- Interview practice, including MMI and Oxbridge preparation
- Support with UCAT, LNAT and other entry tests
- Global university applications, including the US
- Degree apprenticeship guidance and networking
We do not simply prepare students for their next step; we support them in shaping it confidently and purposefully.
Oxbridge and competitive applications
Around 10% of students secure places at Oxford or Cambridge each year. Applicants receive tailored preparation, including admissions test support, super-curricular guidance and mock interview practice.
Medicine and veterinary pathways
Students applying for Medicine or Veterinary Medicine receive specialist guidance on work experience, personal statements, UCAT preparation and MMI interview practice. KGS students regularly gain places on competitive courses.
International applications
Students applying overseas receive support with US applications, standardised testing requirements and interview preparation.
Through our global alumni community, students are able to access mentoring and professional insights across a wide range of industries and sectors.
