FEE ASSISTANCE Application form PDF

We welcome applications from the parents of prospective pupils applying for 11+, 13+ and 16+ entry who cannot afford the fees in full or in part. Fee assistance is means tested and the value is related to the circumstances of the applicant parents, with up to 100% of full fees available.

For 11+ entry: Application forms can be found at the top of this page. Please download and submit the fee assistance application form by the 3 December 2018.

For 13+ and 16+ entry: Please download and complete the fee assistance application form found at the top of this page, and submit it with your application. Final deadline is 3 December 2018.

Fee assistance at 11+ and 13+ is subject to satisfactory performance in the entrance examination.  Fee assistance awarded to a prospective Sixth Form candidate will be confirmed after the GCSE results, providing the candidate has met the requirements of the conditional offer.

Criteria for qualifying for fee assistance are not disclosed and are confidential to the School. All aspects of a parent’s finances are taken into account as well as any other relevant factors.

Fee assisted awards are subject to:

  • A home visit
  • Annual re-testing of parental means
  • Satisfactory performance and good conduct of the pupil

HARDSHIP AWARDS

Hardship awards may be made at any stage of a pupil’s time at the School in cases of unforeseen or temporary difficulty.

The resources we have available to provide this support are limited, so priority will be given to those pupils in their GCSE or A level years. Whilst every effort is made to provide support, there should be no expectation that assistance with fees will be forthcoming on an automatic basis. Any assistance that is offered will be for a short period of time only and is unlikely to be continued past the end of the academic year in which the pupil completes their next public examinations.
