KGS Bursary Fund

An education at Kingston Grammar School is a truly life-changing experience. We are committed to ensuring that gifted children should receive the chance of an outstanding education at KGS, regardless of their family’s financial situation.

It costs around £150,000 to educate a KGS student from First Year through to Upper Sixth. The Bursary Fund provides assistance to those who need it most, but we currently have far more applications than we can support. In the last five years we have awarded over £2 million in bursaries to 164 students. This averages 33 children each year and with your help we can reach more.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors we have already raised total bursary funds worth £4 million. Our aim is to reach £5 million by 2020 to build an ongoing endowment that will provide assisted places well into the future and ensure that more children receive an education that will shape their future lives and enable them to achieve their full potential.

To support the KGS Bursary Fund please download a donation form, or to donate online please visit our fundraising page at www.justgiving.com/kgs  Leaving a gift in your will is also a wonderful opportunity to enable future generations of talented students to realise their full potential with us - visit our legacy giving page for more information.
