Careers and University Deparment
At KGS, our mission is to provide students not only with an outstanding education but also the essential skills and careers guidance to successfully pursue their chosen academic or professional path. Parents and alumni play a pivotal role in this mission, contributing their time and expertise by speaking at events and sharing their own experiences.
Their invaluable efforts allow students to gain a broader perspective on the world of work, extending their learning beyond the classroom and equipping them to face the future with confidence. We warmly invite parents who wish to support this vital aspect of student development to get involved. The Careers & Universities Department organises various events throughout the year where parental participation is highly valued.
The highlight of our careers programme is the annual Careers Evening, held each Spring. This event brings together around 30 speakers, each sharing insights into their professions and engaging in Q&A sessions.
Our students have diverse interests and aspirations, and we welcome volunteers from all backgrounds who can offer engaging and insightful perspectives on their careers. If you would like to support the Careers & Universities Department, please complete the form here. A member of our team will be in touch to coordinate your involvement.
