REGISTERING ON THE KGS PARENT PORTAL
At KGS, parents have access to My School Portal, a secure platform providing key information about their child’s school life. From one easy-to-use dashboard, parents can view attendance records, academic reports, behavioural records, timetables and the school calendar, including events and sports fixtures.
Each Friday, parents receive a weekly summary of notices, the Weekly Bulletin, highlighting upcoming activities. My School Portal is available 24/7 on desktops, tablets and smartphones, ensuring seamless access with a single login.
For new parents, access will be available from 1 August 2025, following a simple registration process.
The following instructions will help you to gain access to your account in the first instance:
1. You can access the portal by navigating to https://kgs.myschoolportal.co.uk/request-password
2. Using your email address (the one you registered at KGS with), request a new password
3. You will receive an email from My School Portal containing further instructions and how to complete the process
Subsequent visits to the Parent Portal can be made using https://kgs.myschoolportal.co.uk
